Job summary

PeopleInc in Town of Hamburg, NY is hiring Facilities Technicians to keep our buildings safe, functional, and well maintained. You’ll perform routine inspections, report issues, complete minor repairs, and upkeep building systems and equipment.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday with a 7:00a-3:30p shift. We offer health, dental and vision coverage, generous paid time off, a 401(k) with employer match, and opportunities to grow your maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and report issues or needed repairs.
• Complete minor repairs.
• Maintain building systems, equipment, and overall property condition.
• Respond to weather related needs (snow removal, debris clean up, etc.).
• Perform painting, patching, and general upkeep.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00
