Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician for a fast-growing manufacturing setting. You will maintain critical building systems, including HVAC, compressors, and general infrastructure, while supporting day-to-day production operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, compressors, and general building infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment to minimise downtime.
• Complete routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and daily facilities checks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests across office and production environments.
• Oversee contractors and support small facilities improvement projects.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and light construction equipment where required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, or building systems.
• Experience with HVAC, compressors, generators, forklifts, or similar industrial equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
