Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Facilities Technician for a fast-growing manufacturing organization across the US. You will maintain critical infrastructure to keep production running safely and efficiently, with hands-on responsibility across electrical distribution systems and facilities support.

In this role you will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, supervise small projects and coordinate with contractors, while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician licence or significant industrial electrical experience.
• 8+ years of experience working with electrical systems in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience overseeing contractors and small maintenance projects.
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot medium and low-voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical equipment across facilities.
• Support preventative maintenance and daily facilities inspections.
• Complete facilities work requests and respond to maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage small facilities projects and coordinate third-party contractors.
• Assist with HVAC, generators, and general building maintenance as required.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other light construction equipment when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
