Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical/electrical/building systems.
• Experience with HVAC, compressors, generators, forklifts or similar equipment.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on HVAC systems, compressors, and general building infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment to minimise downtime.
• Complete routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and daily facilities checks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests across office and production environments.
• Oversee contractors and support small facilities improvement projects.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and light construction equipment where required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
