Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day facility maintenance, including light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Perform routine inspections of the building, equipment, parking lot, and grounds.
• Identify maintenance needs and address issues proactively before they become larger problems.
• Help keep the Institute clean, organized, safe, and guest‑ready, working alongside our third‑party cleaning service.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on urgency and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
• Purchase necessary materials and maintain organized maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers when specialized repairs are needed.
• Assist with facility setup and maintenance needs for events, promotions, and other company activities.
