Maintenance Technician

Paisley Park is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This position is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, equipment, and overall facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain maintenance records
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues
• Conduct inspections of equipment, building systems, and grounds
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance experience required
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a Tuesday–Saturday schedule
