Position Summary:

• Oversee daily operations of company facilities.
• Estimate labor and material costs for repairs and construction.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers.
• Review and estimate design costs for facility planning.
• Develop and implement facility plans.
• Ensure compliance with company facility standards.
• Develop criteria and performance specs for facilities and equipment.
• Enhance operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.
• Perform general maintenance (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, grounds).
• Assist with internal moves and furniture arrangements.
• Work with specialized contractors as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Required: 5 years of Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineering Technology experience in an ASRS distribution center.
• Preferred: BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineering Technology.
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• Master Technician II level.
• Experienced in facility operations and cost estimation.
• Strong vendor and supplier management.
• Proficient in developing facility plans and ensuring standards compliance.
• Skilled in enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Capable of performing various maintenance tasks.
• Able to assist and train lower-level employees.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
  
  

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $47,300.00 - $75,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
