Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, positive, energetic, and capable Facilities Technician to join our team. The role includes tasks such as gardening, lawn maintenance, exterior facilities work, and exterior cleaning.

This is an entry-level, full-time position in landscape maintenance, performing routine and semi-skilled work in landscape maintenance operations, along with supporting interior maintenance and tidiness. Previous related work experience is not required. Work is observed and reviewed during performance and upon completion. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to be part of a team and help maintain both interior and exterior of multiple properties. The position offers potential for growth for the right candidate.

What you would be doing at Unbridled:

• Work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure clean and beautiful landscape maintenance on the property’s grounds and parking lots
• Represent the company professionally
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Ensure property is not damaged during landscape maintenance
• Perform general housekeeping of specified areas including hallways, restrooms, lobbies, lounges, stairways, common areas, walkways, break rooms, kitchen areas, and office spaces
• Maintain and care for personal or company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions (cold weather gear may be required)
• Work as part of a team and follow directions
• Lift, carry, and balance up to 75 pounds (150 pounds with assistance)
• Keep accurate timesheet records
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager
