ABM Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our California location. The role involves a range of repair, carpentry, and upkeep tasks to meet client SLAs. The position operates Monday through Friday with potential overtime, at an hourly rate of $26.00–$33.00.

A high school diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience are required. Responsibilities include wall patching, door repairs, plumbing fixes, and coordinating with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Patch / Paint Walls.
• Install Corner Guards & Kick Plates.
• Ceiling Tile Replacement.
• Carpentry Repairs - As Needed.
• Replace/Repair Carpet.
• Hang/Install Pictures/Electronics and Install Anchors.
• Door Repairs - Repair / Replace Door Handles, Adjust Door Closure.
• Exterior Pressure Wash.
• Dusting, cleaning.
• Plumbing Repairs - Unclog Toilets / Sinks, Replace Flush Sensors, Replace Faucets.
• Manage Corrigo Ticket - Ensure tickets are closed meeting SLA.
• Support Engineering as Needed - Replace HVAC Filters, Lighting, Restock Supplied, Manage Equipment Inventory and Organization. Perform Site Inspections (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
• Engage with building occupants on repairs and ticket updates. Ensure Buildings Meet Client SLA.
• Vendor Escort Support Event Set-up/Furniture Move Request as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12pm to 8:30pm, flexible to work OT

Minimum education, high school diploma

1-3 years of Maintenance experience; carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, landscaping

Experience with small hand tools

Clean DMV Driving Record + pre-employment drug screening

Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and hand tools.

Familiarity with work order systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar).

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
