Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage is seeking a reliable, hands‑on Facilities & Grounds Technician with experience operating front‑end loaders and snowplows. This role is critical to keeping our dealership safe, accessible, and fully operational year‑round, especially during Alaska winters.

The Role

You will be responsible for both snow operations and facility maintenance, including:

• Operate front‑end loaders and snowplows to clear lots, drive lanes, and customer areas.
• Maintain safe, accessible dealership grounds during winter conditions.
• Respond with urgency during snow events (early mornings / extended hours as needed).

• Perform general building maintenance (lighting, doors, minor repairs).
• Support basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs.
• Maintain exterior grounds and dealership appearance year‑round.
• Assist with equipment upkeep and coordinate repairs when needed.

This is a hands‑on, physically active role that requires reliability and strong work ethic.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating front‑end loaders and/or snowplows (required).
• Prior snow removal experience in a commercial or municipal setting.
• 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, or hands‑on trade experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends during snow events.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Alaska winter conditions.
• Reliable, self‑directed, and team‑oriented.
