The role focuses on operating front-end loaders and snowplows, routine building maintenance, and coordinating basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs.

This is a year-round, non-seasonal position offering hourly pay of $20-$30, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow with a high-volume dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders and snowplows.
• Snow removal experience in a commercial or municipal setting.
• 2+ years of facilities, maintenance, or hands-on trade experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Alaska winter conditions.
• Reliable, self-directed, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and snowplows to clear lots, drive lanes, and customer areas during snow events.
• Maintain safe, accessible dealership grounds throughout Alaska's winter season.
• Perform general building maintenance — lighting, doors, minor repairs, and upkeep.
• Support basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs as they arise.
• Maintain exterior grounds and dealership appearance year-round.
• Assist with equipment upkeep and coordinate repairs when needed.
