Job summary

Energy Northwest is seeking a Facilities/Technical Maintenance Specialist to perform operating, maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems across office complexes, shops, warehouses and grounds.

The role involves multi-discipline duties, potential temporary assignments to other sites up to 60 days, and ensuring safety with required licenses. This is a bargaining unit position with an hourly pay rate of $52.68.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with four years of technical maintenance experience.
• Alternatively, two years of related work plus an Associate degree or two-year trade school.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Possess ability to work across multiple facilities and potentially be reassigned up to 60 days.
• Maintain required logs and meet safety and access requirements.
