General Maintenance Worker - Richland/Tri-Cities WA

Federal O&M Contractor seeks a full‑time General Maintenance Worker for Facilities Maintenance in Downtown Richland, Washington. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in facilities maintenance services at commercial or industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, conscientious, hardworking, and honest. A federal security background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Replace light fixture tubes and filters
• Clean mechanical spaces
• Repair electrical outlets, switches, fixtures, and motors
• Repair walls, doors, windows, ceilings, sinks, water coolers, toilets, and faucets
• Touch‑up painting on equipment and structures
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles, doors, hardware, locks, concrete, and masonry
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Assist journeymen trades with mechanical maintenance activities
