Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a Light Duty Maintenance Tech to keep client facilities safe, clean, and fully functional. You will handle patching and painting, lightbulb and ballast replacement, furniture moves/assembly, and mounting whiteboards, frames, and TVs, plus basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry tasks.

Ideal candidates bring a professional attitude, initiative, dependability, and the ability to follow supervisor instructions to complete tasks accurately. There is room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior maintenance experience is required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Patch & paint small areas of the facility.
• Replace lightbulbs and ballasts.
• Move and assemble furniture as needed.
• Mount whiteboards, frames, and TVs.
• Handle basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry duties to keep facilities healthy, safe and sanitary.
