Job summary

Pritchard Industries in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom and break room upkeep, following supervisor instructions and showing initiative.

This full-time position offers a 4:30 am–1:00 pm schedule, 40 hours weekly, $14.50 per hour, and a benefits package including health, life insurance, a 401(k), and disability coverage, with

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
