Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our San Marco Villas I community in Florida. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, and support the Service Manager with daily tasks.

This role requires timely completion of service requests and proactive maintenance to preserve the property. You will join a team that values reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs; respond to automated service requests and emergencies per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
