Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact in this role:

• Responsible for the testing, inspection, implementation, and overall upkeep of facility equipment, structures, and systems.
• Conduct routine manufacturer‑specified maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, while handling minor repairs such as replacing bulbs and fixing leaks.
• Ensure high‑traffic areas (walkways, parking lots, entryways) remain safe and free of debris, hazards, snow, and ice.
• Manage the distribution of materials, moving furniture, equipment, and files between facility locations or storage.
• Conduct daily checks and basic repairs on medical transport gear (wheelchairs), nurse call systems, utility panels, and communication systems while following strict safety/regulatory codes.
