Energy Northwest in Richland, WA is seeking a multi-skilled Facilities & Commercial Engineering Services Technician to perform operation, maintenance and repair across buildings, grounds, and equipment. The role covers HVAC, locksmithing, chemical handling, fire systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, automotive and heavy equipment operations.

This bargaining unit position offers a competitive hourly pay of $52.68, eligibility for ARC incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including

• Requires HS Diploma or GED and four years of applicable technical maintenance related to general commercial building maintenance and/or grounds care, industrial maintenance repairs and/or modifications or equivalent through a four-year apprenticeship.
• Or two years of related experience and an Associate's degree in a technical field or two-year trade school or equivalent such as military training.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Experience in one or more areas: Plumber, Carpenter, Heavy Equipment Operator, HVAC technician, Locksmith, Chemical Operator, Fire Systems Operator, or Electrical Technician.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain up-to-date Facilities & Commercial Engineering Services logs.
• May be assigned to other plants or complexes up to 60 days.
• Perform other tasks including normal functions of Service Person I and II.
• Meet and maintain protected area unescorted access.
• Operate and inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems as part of the role.
• Enter and progress through Energy Northwest Facilities & Commercial Engineering Services training program.
• Physically capable of manual work involving lifting, climbing, digging, and similar tasks.

Educación
