Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Supervisor-Security & Emergency Management to oversee daily security operations and lead emergency preparedness efforts at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O’Fallon, IL.

The role provides market-level leadership for mitigation, response, and recovery, ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff while maintaining compliance with emergency management programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; high school diploma with 3 years security experience may be considered in lieu.
• Three years of experience in healthcare security, law enforcement or safety required.
• MOAB certification must be obtained within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and staff coordination.
• Lead emergency preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery efforts.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure readiness and compliance.
