Job summary

Nokian Tyres is hiring for a skilled maintenance technician in Dayton. You will troubleshoot and repair doors, HVAC systems, and fire alarm/notifier systems, ensuring reliable operation of critical equipment. The role requires basic electrical work, and the ability to obtain EPA 608 certificate within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years mechanical/manufacturing experience.
• Boiler and chiller operator certificates a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair doors and actuator functions (non-overhead).
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and fire alarm/notifier systems.
• Maintain hot water and steam boilers and heating converters.
• Service steam traps and ensure fire pumps function properly.
