City of College Station is seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians to perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building trades across city facilities under supervision. The role covers a range from routine tasks to more complex repairs, ensuring compliance with codes and safety procedures.

Technicians I–III will work under varying supervision levels, with requirements including EPA Universal Certification for higher levels and a Texas driver’s license.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of additional technical training or experience; or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• EPA Universal Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months from hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Perform wide variety of semiskilled and skilled trade activities in support of facility maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems per codes and procedures.
• Enter and complete electronic work orders in the system.
• Provide lead or training support as assigned.
