Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of building maintenance or skilled trades experience.
• Knowledge of building components: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and walls.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications to interiors and exteriors of City facilities.
• Maintain HVAC systems and conduct pest control as needed.
• Assemble, install, move, and dismantle furniture and equipment.
• Use a web-based work order system to track tasks and time.
• Provide on-call facility support as assigned.
• Obtain quotes and coordinate with vendors for materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and city policies; participate in trainings.
