Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks a Facilities Systems Manager for the Prescott, AZ campus to oversee the IWMS (AssetWorks AiM/GO) and support facilities operations, work orders, PMs, asset tracking, and reporting. You will coordinate maintenance, supervise Service Center staff, provide system training, and liaise with IT and vendors to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 18-month postsecondary program, preferably in business administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of related work experience in database management, customer service, or related area.
• Two years of IWMS/CMMS experience may substitute for degree requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IWMS applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate records and system data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IWMS accuracy and manage service requests, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance processes and support capital renewal planning.
• Provide system training and troubleshoot IWMS; coordinate software updates with IT/vendors.
• Oversee Service Center operations and supervise staff and student employees.
• Collaborate with facilities staff, IT, vendors, and campus stakeholders to improve operations.
