Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience
• Universal CFC certification preferred
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Ensure facility systems comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet design life expectations and perform emergency repairs.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials storage, usage and disposal.
• Review building system inspections to ensure operation meets design specs.
• Share knowledge and mentor others within the department.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RISE values.
