Job summary

ASDB invites applications for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Phoenix Day School for the Deaf maintenance team. You will manage day-to-day operations, asset care, and staffing to ensure safety and compliance with ASDB policies, federal and state laws.

You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, supervising staff and coordinating with contractors to maintain facilities for students and staff in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Extensive knowledge of general maintenance, building mechanics, carpentry, electric and plumbing.
• Experience with facility management software is required.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and day-to-day operations at Phoenix Day School for the Deaf.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, structural, carpentry, HVAC maintenance and related equipment.
• Supervise staff to maintain a safe environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee contracted services to meet ASDB standards.
