Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead lower level staff and assign work.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and tasks like cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.
• Assist and respond to internal requests and emergencies to ensure safety.
• Monitor activities of contracted cleaning companies to ensure standards.
• Maintain logs, forms, and written communications within area of responsibility.
• Maintain facilities, vehicles, and equipment; monitor inventory and perform routine repairs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and custodial activities.
• Process shipping/receiving receipts, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend purchases.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
