Job summary

Qualifications

• Building-related certifications.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Director in developing, implementing, and evaluating financial plans and budgets.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and coordinate an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations; available 24/7.
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors and vendors; log work.
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff and assist in admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory inspections and safety standards.
