Qualifications

• Five years of construction project management or facilities management experience; supervisory experience requested.
• Education substitutions allowed year-for-year for degree or related experience.
• Licensing or certifications may be required for inspections and project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Plans, Permits, Inspections (PPI) team.
• Develop and maintain plan review, permit, and inspection procedures; train staff.
• Coordinate with external agencies and AHJs; manage budgets and consultant contracts.
