Job summary

The Judicial Council of California is seeking a Project Manager, Facilities in the Facilities Services office. You will plan, design, and oversee renovation and improvement projects of all sizes, exercising independent judgment on budgets and schedules.

You will manage design management and project administration across multiple projects, typically 12–20 concurrently, with an estimated annual program value of several million dollars and a focus on Facility Modifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, building engineering, or construction management with four years of PM experience.
• Alternative: four years as Facilities Management Administrator or similar role in a CA court or government entity.
• Valid driver’s license as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and construct renovation and improvement projects of all scopes and sizes.
• Exercise independent judgment on project planning, budget and schedule tracking.
• Provide design management and/or project administration across multiple projects.
• Manage 12–20 projects concurrently with varying workload and complexity.
• Develop and manage Facility Modifications execution and processes.
