Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Part-Time Facility Maintenance Associate to support the Facility Maintenance Manager in San Francisco. Responsibilities include supervising janitorial staff, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating with external contractors to ensure safety and compliance for employees and guests.

The role requires reliability, leadership, and the ability to perform minor building repairs, with proficiency in typical office tools.

Qualifications

Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and vendor-negotiation skills.
Ability to perform minor building repairs.
Familiarity with building systems, public-assembly requirements, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and fire-safety systems is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

Supervise and coordinate the janitorial crew.
Manage and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule.
Perform minor repairs promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
Collect bids, review proposals, and help ensure routine contract maintenance is scheduled and completed.
Monitor maintenance, repair, and supply budgets; track inventory and physical resources.
Inspect and maintain fire-safety equipment and related records.
Help identify facility issues and communicate maintenance needs to the Facility Maintenance Manager and General Manager.
