Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Facility Maintenance Assistant to support the Facility Maintenance Manager in daily upkeep, safety, and compliance across the property for staff and guests.

Responsibilities include leading the janitorial team, maintaining PM schedules, performing minor repairs, supervising external contractors, handling bids, budgeting, inspecting fire safety equipment, and communicating facility needs to leadership.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and vendor-negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform minor building repairs.
• Proficiency with common computer tools, including Microsoft Office, Airtable, Google Drive, and Box preferred.
• Familiarity with building systems, public-assembly requirements, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and fire-safety systems is preferred, but not required.

Compensation

---------- The expected compensation for this position is: $21.60 USD - $27.00 USD Hourly ** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
