Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to support the Facility Maintenance Manager in daily maintenance, safety, and compliance for the venue. You will help create a safe, clean, and functional space for employees and guests.

Responsibilities include supervising janitorial teams, maintaining preventive maintenance and coordinating contractors, with a focus on budget monitoring and safety records.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and vendor-negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform minor building repairs.
• Proficiency with common computer tools, including Microsoft Office, Airtable, Google Drive, and Box preferred.
• Familiarity with building systems, public-assembly requirements, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and fire-safety systems is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements

$21.60 USD - $27.00 USD Hourly

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
