Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Facility Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient operation of our Aberdeen, MD campuses. You will oversee maintenance, repair, and performance of facility systems, automation assets, and grounds, reporting to the Facilities Manager and partnering with operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in a facilities leadership role within fulfillment/distribution/manufacturing, strong hands-on skills, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of facilities leadership experience in a fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, automation, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and related motor-control hardware.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Able to manage emergencies calmly and make sound decisions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of facility systems and equipment.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Lead Facilities Technicians and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to complete work on time and budget.
• Deliver downtime reporting and safety metrics to site leadership.
• Identify improvement opportunities via data and AI-enabled insights.
• Hold P&L for repairs, equipment rentals, and waste disposals.
