Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Carrollton, TX seeks a seasoned Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of building systems. You will manage preventative and corrective work, coordinate vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance to minimize downtime and support production continuity.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of facility maintenance experience in a large facility and 1–3 years of management experience; clean room experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years facility maintenance experience in a large manufacturing facility
• 1-3 years of management experience in a similar environment
• Experience with clean rooms highly desired

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs to buildings and facilities.
• Monitor and lead the daily activities of contractors performing janitorial duties.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on buildings and facilities.
• Coordinate licensed inspections and major maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC, boilers, and generators.
• Estimate labor and material costs for work orders and obtain bids for equipment.
• Advise the Manager on required major repairs or replacements.
• Maintain safety, access control, and building security; ensure logs and records are kept.
