Qualifications

• 3 years of factory maintenance experience required.
• 8–10 years facility maintenance in large facilities preferred.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with clean rooms highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs to buildings and facilities.
• Monitor and lead daily activities of contractors performing janitorial duties.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on buildings and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, including fire equipment and boilers.
• Ensure fire protection equipment is maintained and up to date.
• Coordinate major maintenance and repairs of mechanical, HVAC, boilers, and generators.
• Estimate labor and material costs; obtain competitive quotes.
• Advise the Manager on major repairs or replacements.
• Maintain safety by keeping doorways clear and buildings secured when not in use.
