Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to manage contractors and evaluate bids.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on buildings and facilities.
• Lead contractors and janitorial staff on site.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate major repairs of HVAC, boilers, generators.
• Maintain maintenance logs and inventory.
• Ensure fire protection equipment is up to date.
• Assist in risk management and safety compliance.
