Qualifications

• Minimum high school education
• Must be 18+ years old
• Motivated self-starter
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Proficiency with Excel and Word and resort software

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities and maintenance operations to meet resort standards
• Assign duties, inspect work, and ensure timely completion
• Supervise staff, conduct training, and manage scheduling
• Coordinate with other departments to keep systems functioning
• Prepare budgets input and manage procurement of parts and supplies
• Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed
