Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple library sites.
• Supervise a team of Library Maintainers.
• Assess job requirements and manage staffing needs.

Skills

Demonstrated ability to obtain certificates of fitness

Experience in building trades and maintenance

Ability to read blueprints and diagrams

Good geographic knowledge of New York

Excellent communication skills
