You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to complete maintenance and repairs promptly and to high standards.

You will lead routine operations, manage constraints, and support the site’s performance with proactive planning, budget awareness, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years facilities experience.
• Proficient in budgeting principles and financial processes.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficient with CMMS for work order tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team’s daily activities, scheduling, task assignment, and cross-training.
• Serve as primary contact between landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Organize and oversee routine maintenance of building equipment for safety and performance.
• Plan and coordinate short- and long-term projects with Facilities Manager.
• Analyze work order data and generate performance reports for management.
