National Interstate, part of Great American Insurance Group, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our Richfield, Ohio office. This full-time role oversees maintenance, safety, and repair operations across office spaces, coordinating vendors and leading a small team to keep facilities compliant and efficient.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 years in building maintenance, a high school diploma, and strong HVAC/plumbing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 6 years in building maintenance or a related field.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Guide troubleshooting and maintenance in office spaces and common areas.
• Lead repairs on office furniture, fixtures, and minor structures.
• Plan grounds maintenance including snow/ice removal.
