Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises custodian in assigned building.
• Ensures health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the building.
• Coordinates cleaning and maintenance schedules with supervision.
• Inspects boiler room daily.
• Inspects oil level weekly and reports readings.
• Maintains records of equipment, inventory and work performed.
• Performs the duties of a custodian as assigned.
