Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial, maintenance, or facility operations preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move furniture/equipment as needed.
• Operate custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, ladders.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Follow written and verbal instructions independently with quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of floors, furniture, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain floors with cleaning equipment and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and building security.
• Move furniture and classroom supplies as directed; respond to building needs.
• Complete work orders timely and coordinate with the Director of Buildings and Grounds.
