Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Trade, technical or military training in facility maintenance or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of five years in facility maintenance, preferably in acute healthcare.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with preventative maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering maintenance and general building repair operations.
• Review work orders, assign daily tasks, and ensure proper stocking of supplies.
• Coordinate staffing for a 24/7 facilities department with leadership.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and manage small projects.
• Occasionally cover shifts as determined by leadership.
