Job summary

Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian is seeking a Supervisory role in Facilities to oversee maintenance, repair, and building operations across our hospital network in Orange County. You will manage work orders, schedule staffing for a 24/7 department, and coordinate with the Maintenance Mechanic Lead and Manager Corporate Facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, trade/technical training, and at least 5 years in facility maintenance within healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Experience leading small projects and coordinating staffing in a 24/7 department.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering maintenance and general building repairs, reviewing work orders and daily assignments.
• Ensure proper stocking of supplies and equipment; coordinate with customers and staff.
• Lead process improvements, manage small projects, and cover shifts as needed.
