Job summary

The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the hospital/healthcare facilities operations. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure ongoing compliance with life-safety and regulatory standards in a 24/7 healthcare setting.

This role emphasizes frontline leadership, preventive maintenance, and strong communication skills to manage work orders, emergencies, and safety protocols in a complex building system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or trade school education preferred.
• Five years of facilities maintenance experience minimum.
• Two years of supervisory or lead experience minimum.
• Healthcare facility experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership for maintenance staff and incident response.
• Oversee facilities & systems operation and maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Manage work orders and maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate emergency management and life-safety readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams.
• Ensure safety and infection control measures are followed.
