• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds. Provides oversight and direction for facility and grounds maintenance activities, including building repairs, painting, landscaping, equipment, and general upkeep.
