Job summary

Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a motivated Supervisor of Facilities to manage and coordinate maintenance of hospital facilities in Cass City, MI. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient operations of buildings and grounds through oversight of repairs, painting, landscaping, and equipment management.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, prioritize tasks, ensure adherence to safety standards, and collaborate with other departments to deliver reliable facility services.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds.
• Provides oversight and direction for facility and grounds maintenance activities, including building repairs, painting, landscaping, equipment, and general upkeep.
• Coordinates staff assignments and departmental requests, ensures work meets specifications and safety standards, and manages tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitors schedules, staffing needs, productivity, and records while resolving work-related issues and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
