Job summary

Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a motivated Supervisor of Facilities to manage and coordinate maintenance of hospital facilities in Cass City, MI. Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds.
• Provides oversight and direction for facility and grounds maintenance activities, including building repairs, painting, landscaping, equipment, and general upkeep.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in either plumbing, electrical, or mechanical.
