Job summary

Freeman Willow Creek Hospital is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the facilities team across multiple sites in Northwest Arkansas. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing budgets and ensuring Life Safety compliance, with on-call duties for emergencies.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience, plus hands-on maintenance leadership and vendor management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and staff supervision.
• Experience coordinating repairs, PMs and vendor services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities staff and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and on-call responses.
• Schedule PTO and manage timecards in accordance with policy.
• Manage building repair projects, obtain cost proposals, issue POs and supervise vendors.
• Maintain Life Safety program, inspections and required documentation.
• Assist Director in budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
• Travel between sites as needed.
