Freeman Willow Creek Hospital is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the facilities team across multiple sites in Northwest Arkansas. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing budgets and ensuring Life Safety compliance, with on-call duties for emergencies.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience, plus hands-on maintenance leadership and vendor management experience.

• Maintain Life Safety program, inspections and required documentation.
• Assist Director in budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
• Travel between sites as needed.

Coordinates the repair and preventative maintenance of buildings, equipment and parking lots under the NWA corporations, including Life Safety and NFPA required maintenance and inspections, for compliance with regulations.
